Bonnie Bell Cotter, 76, of Petersburg, widow of Cecil L. Cotter died Wednesday March 21, 2007 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by two sons; Bobby Cotter and Jerry Riggs. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Rook and husband William of Petersburg; sons, James Cotter and wife Tammie of Petersburg and Richard Cotter and wife Vickie of Matoaca; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Doris Jackson. A memorial service will be held at Noon Monday, March 26, 2007 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Inurnment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park. To All Of You,
I was so very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I know you will miss her very much. I have childhood memories of her at your house. I think I especially remember her and your dad getting ready to go to the Moose and then she always made these huge breakfasts' for everyone.

Keep her memories in your heart and she will live forever. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
