Elizabeth S. “Betty” Procise, 61 died January 23, 2007 at Medical College of Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Nicholas Luongo and Dorothy Shaffer Atkins. She was a member of Matoaca Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Howard G. “Jerry” Procise; son, Warren E. Procise of Chesterfield; daughters, Theresa L. Porter (Scott), Sherry L. Marshall (Heath) and Kelly P. Medeiros (Chuck) all of Matoaca; sister, Carol Harvey (Eddie) of Chester; brothers, Glenn W. Atkins (Sheri) of Dinwiddie and Donald W. Atkins (Amy) of Chesterfield; ten grandchildren, Tiffani R. Procise (fiancé, Josh) of Chesterfield, Michael B. Ferguson, Joshua A. Procise, Ryan C. Belcher, Ryan S. Porter, Jessica L. Belcher, Devon S. Procise, Tyler E. Medeiros, Marissa J. Medeiros and Chasidy N. Procise; three great grandchildren, Alexis N., Madison H. and Allison Scantling.; four nephews, Curtis, Eric, Bradley, Drake Atkins; one niece, Brittani Atkins; three uncles, Robbie, Georgie and Ally Shaffer; two devoted cousins, Bobby and Linda; devoted friend, Carol Andrews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2007 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in East Matoaca Cemetery . Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

How do I start to say Im sorry.I have worked with each of you and known your families for years.Sherry ,you were the first person to hold Drake.I am so sorry I wasn't able to come to the services.I consider you all friends.My heart goes out to each of you in a special way.Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.I will also keep each of you in my prayers.May God wrap you in his loving arms and give you strength at this sad time. Kelly,Chuck,Tyler,Marissa, There are no words that can take away the hurt that you all feel, but just remember that she Loved you all.
