Keith Lee Brinkley, Sr., 49, of Prince George died Thursday, January 11, 2007 at his residence. He was born in Hopewell and had been a lifelong resident. Mr. Brinkley was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Lee Brinkley. He is survived by a daughter, Joni Lynn Rozell, a son, Keith L. Brinkley, Jr. both of Woodford, VA, 5 grandchildren, his mother, Adelaide M. Butler, step father Robert Butler of Colonial Heights, VA, three sisters, Bobby Ruiz, Sandy Edwards, both of Charlottesville, VA, Peaches Mastowski of Prince George, two brothers, Deaker Brinkley of Prince George and Jerry Brinkley of Charles City. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service, with the Rev. Marjorie Bevans officiating. To Keith's Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Although I haven't seen him or you for years, it seems like yesterday. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was sorry to hear about Keith's passing. I remember him and Jerry from Patrick Copeland Elementary School days and from City Point. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Our heart felt sympathy goes out to everyone who ever came in contact with this kind and loving man. He never met a stranger and would bring laughter to everyone he knew.He loved everyone. Keith you will truly be missed.We love you.
