Jernigan, Lillian A.

Lillian Adkins Jernigan, 90, of Chesterfield, died Thursday January 11, 2007. She was the daughter of the late Carl E. Sr. & Maude E. Moody Adkins. She is survived by her loving husband Edwin W. Jernigan, a son Gerald W. Jernigan & wife, Barbara all of Chesterfield, brothers; Carle E. Adkins, Jr., & wife Louise of Norfolk, William A. Adkins & wife, Isabell, Thomas W. Adkins all of Chesterfield, sister; Margaret A. Tatum of Colonial Heights, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service 6:00 to 8:00 PM January 12. There will be a funeral service conducted Saturday January 13 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Blandford Cemetery.
