Freeman, Everette E.

Everette E. Freeman, Jr. of Lawrenceville, VA widower of Lorraine Clarke Freeman, passed away on December 28, 2006 at 88 years of age. He and his family founded Freeman Motor Co. and Freeman Auto Parts in Lawrenceville, VA. He was an elder for many years at the Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara F. Ragsdale and husband, Dr. John R. Ragsdale, III of Petersburg; son, Worthington H. Freeman and his wife, Judi K. Freeman of Colonial Beach, VA. He had five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Lawrenceville, VA.
