Helene G. Parr, 70, formerly of Prince George, Virginia, died on Sunday, December 10, 2006. She was the daughter of the late Ira and Sarah Ramsey and the wife of William T. Parr. Helene was a paper carrier for the Richmond Times Dispatch for over 20 years. She is survived by her children, Patricia Turner and husband, Lindville Turner, Jr., Cindy Jones and husband, Dale, Kathy Elster and husband, Joseph, Lisa Glass and Eddie Ramsey; grandchildren, Lisa Pescini, Thomas Williams, Jr., Joshua Jones, Rebekah Elster, Aaron Elster, Deborah Elster and Jaylin Turner; great-grandchild, Seven Pescini; sisters, Zellar Ramirez and Jane Cash and brother, Clayton Ramsey. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Thursday, December 14, 2006 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday, December 15th at 11 am. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
