Gray, James R.

James Robert Gray, 64, of Petersburg, formerly of Folsom, CA died Friday, August 25, 2006. He was the son of the late Marcus Calvert Gray and Ruby Pauline Cothron/Cothran. Mr. Gray served his country in the U.S. Army for over 25 years where he served two tours in Vietnam and was awarded two Purple Hearts. He is survived by a son, James Robert Gray, II; daughter, Wendy Ann Gray; former wife, Marie Gray; brothers, Roy Gray , Mark Gray and Gary Gray; sister, Barbara Roney; grandchildren, Elizabeth Gray, Sarah Gray, Theresa Updike, Jessica Updike and Frank Gray and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on September 8, 2006 at 2 pm in Arlington National Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
