Harris, Claude W.

Claude William Harris, of Chester, age 61, passed away on Saturday , August 19, 2006. He was born in Floyd County, Kentucky, son of Fred and Marie Harris. He served in the United States Marine Corp, member of the National Rifle Association and was an engineer in the Power Generation Industry.. He is survived by his wife Donna L. Harris of Chester, a son William David (Bill) Harris and daughter-in-law Connie of Chester; a daughter Deanna Lee Trail (Everett) of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren Lyndsay L. Trail, Darby S. Harris, Dalton D. Harris, and Delaney B. Harris all of Chester and granddaughter, Doneva E. Trail, was predeceased.; two sisters Brenda Harris of Kentucky and Margaret Thornton, Ohio; one brother Henry Holbrook, Jr of Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews and one sister, Delphia Ingram was predeceased. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 22nd from7:00 to 8:30 pm at the J.T. Morriss & Son Chesterfield Chapel , 3050 West Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia. Services will be held at Meyers Funeral Home in Groveport, Ohio.
