Troy Rathbone, age 69, of Richmond, VA died Wednesday, July 26, 2006. He was retired from Phillip Morris. He was predeceased by his parents Willie & Lola Rathbone. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn S. Rathbone; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2006 at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday July 29, 2006 in Southlawn Memorial Park.
