Gay Rose Hepler, age 88, of Chester, VA died on Sunday, July 16, 2006. She worked locally at the Y.M.C.A. in Chester. She is survived by four children, Donna Craig & husband Duane, Bill Kachle, Nancy Cannon & husband Wayne, & Kelley Hepler and wife Lynn, all of the Chester area; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 11:00 a.m. at Dale Memorial Park. I miss you and you will never be forgotten. I have loved you with all of my heart for so many years and cannot believe you are really gone. You were a blessing to me and a wonderful mother. I am so blessed that God allowed me the priveledge of knowing you and of your giving me the most precious & wonderful son to love. I will take good care of him mom. It grieves my heart to not have you here, yet such joy to know that you are spending eternity in heaven with our Lord and Savior, and though it may be a while I look forward to the day when we will be together again walking hand in hand with Jesus, our Lord and Savior the King of Kings.
