Olive Louise Mullens, 83 of Prince George went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 29, 2006 in Hopewell. She was born in Lawrence County, Ohio and had been a resident of Prince George since 1979. Mrs. Mullens was a member of Blandford United Methodist Church in Petersburg, VA, a member of Tele-Com Pioneers of Nebraska and a retired assembler of Lucent Technologies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles E. & Josie Neff Bowen and her husband Roy Mullens. Mrs. Mullens is survived by four daughters, Billie Farrar and her husband John of Prince George, Jacqueline Lukenbach of Boise, Idaho, Peggy Morgan of Prince George, Vickie Goodman and her husband Tom of Las Cruces, NM, two sons, Dan Mullens and his wife Linda of Newport, TN, and Richard Mullens of Hopewell, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 2, 2006 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 3, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Andy Paul pastor of Rivers Edge Bible Church officiating. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Rivers Edge Bible Church, 11311 James River Drive, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. Condolences may be registered with www.jtmorriss.com
