Gauldin, Steve A.

Steve Anthony Gauldin, age 64, of Richmond, VA died on Sunday, June 4, 2006. He was born in Brunswick County, VA, the son of the late William T. and Ocie G. Gauldin. Mr. Gauldin was a lover of the outdoors, and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and working with his hands to build or repair things. He was preceded in death by seven siblings. He is survived by two children, William Gauldin and Dawn G. Hartman and husband Jody, both of Richmond; one granddaughter, Amanda D. Gauldin of Richmond; one unborn grandson; a sister, Gloria G. Doughty and husband Pete of Dinwiddie, VA; a former wife and friend, Judy Peace of Richmond; numerous nieces & nephews; and many extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Chesterfield on Wednesday, June 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
