Kimmel, Donna S.

Donna S. Kimmel, age 76 of Chester, VA died Monday, May 22, 2006. She was the daughter of the late Clyde V. and Laura K. Forsythe. Mrs. Kimmel was born in Butler, PA and worked as a registered nurse. She was also a Silver Life Master with the American Contract Bridge League, Richmond Bridge Association, and volunteer with CASA in Reading, PA. She was an avid reader and lover of music. She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Mr. Albert F. Kimmel; three children, Melissa A. Kimmel and husband Randy Wilkinson of Richmond, VA, Leslie M. Manzo and husband Fred of Cleveland, OH, and Jeffrey S. Kimmel and wife Susan of Chapel Hill, NC; six grandchildren, Hank and Tyler Wilkinson, Maren Monitello, Rachael Manzo, and Daniel and Emma Kimmel; and three brothers, Alan K. Forsythe and wife Bette of Malvern,PA, Thomas V. Forsythe of Kansas City, MO, and Glenn R. Forsythe and wife Mary Lee of Hendersonville, NC. The family will receive friends at the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Chesterfield on Friday, May 26, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 27, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation and private interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions made to Heifer International P.O. box 1692 Merrifield, VA 22116 Attn: Memorial Donation or www.heifer.org in honor of Mrs. Kimmel. Burt, Our heart goes out to you and your family on the loss of your Donna. She was such a special lady and an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be missed by all, but we will always remember the good times we had together and keep her in our hearts. Chet and Leona

It is with heavy hearts that we send our condolences. Bruce and Judy have been keeping me posted regarding your mom's condition and we all had her in our daily prayers. Mark and I wish to extend to you and your family our very deepest condolences. I am sure you and your family will honor Donna by remembering her wonderful life and all her shining moments. We loved living next door to you and often remember all the fun we had. Know that our thoughts are with you all. You both added so much to our lives.
