David Gary “Buddy” Spain, Sr., 53, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, May 03, 2006. He was the son of the late David L. and Joanne Tate Spain and the husband of the late Judy M. Spain. He is survived by his sons, Earl W. Spain and David G. Spain, Jr.; grandchildren, Zackary Spain, Cody Spain, Chelsea Spain, and David Leary Spain; sisters, Barbara Satterwhite, Shirley S. Yarbrough and husband, Steven all of Richmond, and Angela Walker and husband, Ronald of Chester; and brother, Ronald S. Spain and wife, Darlene of Richmond. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, May 5, at the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
