Burch, Grayson V.

Grayson Van Burch, age 90 of Chester, VA died Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Mr. Burch was a U. S. Navy WWII veteran, and retired from Allied Chemical Company in 1979. He is survived by a wife of fifty-seven years, Evelyn C. Burch, of Chester; eight children, Charles Burch and wife Linda of Pinehurst, NC, Judith Geddy of Winchester, VA, Nancy Brassington of Bellefonte, PA, Sally Johnson and husband George of Chester, Grayson Burch and wife Belinda of Chester, John Burch, II of Chesterfield, VA, Stanley Burch and wife Terri of Chesterfield, and Mark Burch and wife Ana of Sunrise, FL; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Wilbur Burch and wife Delores of Wakefield, VA; two sisters, Lottie Birdsall and husband Cal of Smithfield, VA and Bebe Childress of Richmond, VA. Private funeral services will be held in honor of Mr. Burch at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Chester United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being conducted by the J. T.
