Tarr, David R.

David Russell Tarr of Prince George, born October 8, 1939, passed away at the age of 66 on Monday, April 3, 2006. He was born in Braddock, PA. He was a retired foreman for Allied Signal Company with 35 years of service, and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was the son of the late George H. Tarr and Lillian A. Tarr-Cibula. He is survived by his wife, RoseMarie Mayer Tarr of Prince George, two daughters, Sandra Marie Swindell, and husband, Derrell, of Disputanta, and Carol Elizabeth Rusnak of Chester; one son, George Harold Tarr of Disputanta, one grandson, David Wayne Swindell of Disputanta and one brother, Richard Paul Tarr of Norfolk. Friends are invited to call at the residence. A graveside service will be held at Bethlehem Congregational Christian Church Cemetery, Prince George, on Thursday, April 6, 2006, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Wayne Marburger, Pastor of Prince George Congregational Christian Church, will officiate. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. I haven't seen you all in a long time, but I'd like to say how sorry I am for your loss; Rose,
Sandra, George and Carol. It brings back sad memories of losing my dad in June of 1987.
