Foley, Martha L.W.

Martha Lee White Foley, 79, of Hopewell, died Saturday, January 21, 2006 in John Randolph Medical Center. She was born in Richmond and was a longtime resident of Hopewell. Mrs. Foley was a member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church Altar Guild, St. Catherine’s Guild, Retired Teachers Association and Hopewell Woman’s Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Leslie and Ella Young White and the widow of Benjamin Franklin Foley. Surviving are two sons, Frank Leslie Foley of Fredericksburg and Benjamin Lee Foley of Lawrenceville, GA; two grandchildren, Katherine Anne Foley and Rachel Lee Foley, both of Lawrenceville, GA. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bruce Bevans, Rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church, officiating.
