Livesay, Madison ElaineFriday, December 30, 2005
Surry, Virginia Madison Elaine Livesay, infant daughter of Shawn and Tiffany Livesay of Surry, went to be one of God’s Special Angels on Wednesday, December 28, 2005, at Sentara Williamsburg Hospital, Williamsburg, VA. Her precious spirit is also survived by a stepbrother, Kelly Monday; maternal grandparents, Arlene Murphy of Surry, Larry Whitworth; paternal grandparents, Johnny and Debbie Livesay of Surry; maternal great-grandparents, Ray and Nancy McKeel of Smithfield; paternal great-grandparents, Charlie and Nancy Phelps of Surry; and uncles, Brad Livesay and wife, Courtney, and Derek Davis, all of Surry. Funeral services will be private. Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be posted at www.jtmorriss.com. Condolences
