Howell, Frances J.

Frances Jordan Howell, 69, of Colonial Heights, widow of Robert Kelly Howell, Sr., passed away Sunday, December 25, 2005. She was born in Seaboard, N. C., a small town in North Hampton County. She attended Believer’s Christian Fellowship in Ford, VA. Mrs. Howell is survived by her sons, Robert K. Howell, Jr. of Colonial Heights and Kenneth D. Howell of South Carolina; daughter, Ashley T. Baker of Chesterfield; grandchildren, Samantha Baker and Tiffany Spence. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, December 27, at the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Guy Murdock officiating.
