Joy and the entire family will be in our thoughts, prayers, and our hearts. She was a sweet and thoughtful lady. I know Jon thought of her as a mother. Though I did not know her very long the times I spent with her she was full of joy and always smiling. You are in our thoughts. Love,
Jon and Beverly

Chris and I are very sorry to hear of Joy's passing. I was so glad to see her at Christy Mixell and Brad's wedding this past October. She and I talked and laughed about all the times we sat together in the bleachers at the high school while all the boys were playing football, etc, and how we almost froze our rear-ends off sitting high up in the air. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and her beautiful smile will be in Heaven.

I was so sorry to hear of Joy's death. I grew up across the street from her cousin Donna Gill Freeman and am also friends with her cousin Becky Bowman Lancaster. I use to work with Joy in her early years at the phone company and she was a fun person to be around. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
Sincerely,
Gail Wilson
