Reed, David W.

David Wayne Reed, 50, of Hopewell, died Monday December 19, 2005 at John Randolph Hospital. He was the son of the late David H. & Dorothy Bishop Reed. Mr. Reed was a past employee of the City of Petersburg. He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Frank E. Reed of Hopewell, Jerry Lee Reed & wife Sharon of Dinwiddie, three sisters, Carol R. Whipple, Dorothy E. Slavin & husband Mitch, Donna K. Reed all of Dinwiddie, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends tonight 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service, a funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel Friday 11:00 AM December 23, 2005, interment will be private.
