I remember Andrea from high school as a very sweet and kind person who always had a smile on her face...and what beautiful, long hair she had in high school!
Angie Wrenn Mayton did a great job of keeping us all (TDHS Class of '85) posted on Andrea's condition. I had been praying for Andrea for several months, and my prayer was that she would be healed. I'm sure you, the family, have heard many times that "she's in a better place" or "she's not suffering anymore" and while that is a great consolation, I know you still wish she was here with you. We don't know why God chose to take her at such a young age, but for some reason, it's part of His plan.
I am so glad that she and her husband were able to attend the reunion and she was able to experience that job.
Sincerely,
Lisa Wilkinson Baker
To Andrea's Family,
I went to the reunion with my wife Shari Crusenberry.I enjoyed meeting her for the first time. She is a nice lady. My wife enjoyed going to school with her. She thought alot about Andrea. She will be missed deeply by my wife, and her fellow classmates of Thomas Dale.
To the family of Andrea, As I would call her Mrs Kelly she would say Andrea. She was a great person indeed no matter how sick she was she walked around with a smile on her face so big because she said "I'm just glad to be alive" she pushed herself very hard and I always told other patients that came in with cancer that if they could see mrs kelly she was a prime example of happiness. I called to check on her every now&then she was always out and about. I'm going to miss that cheery smile. I'm sure she'll watch over me in heaven. I went to TDHS with Andrea and she was an awesome and beautiful person back then. She was a wonderful friend to all who knew her and in her adult life I understand nothing had changed. While I unfortunately did not get to attend the reunion and spend time with Andrea myself, she will forever be in my heart. To her family and friends, my deepest sympathy for your loss. We have had to let go of a wonderful person on earth but we now have another angel in heaven to watch over us.
Andrea was one the sweetest people I knew in high school. I remember her always wearing a smile that could light up the darkest of days. Andrea had something special about her that I know was given to her by God. How fortunate I feel to have crossed paths with Andrea in this lifetime. In this vast world, we were the ones blessed to have known her. May God give you peace during your time of loss and know that you are not alone. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Family and Friends,
Andrea and I shared 2 classes in 12th grade, she sat directly behind me in English class. She was a wonderful and kind person. I have thought of her many times through the years, and she was such a good friend to me our senior year. Andrea was a positive influence in my life, and I will always miss her smile.

What a beautiful soul, a wonderful woman, a touch of heaven here on earth - Now more Angels will be dispersed to hold her family in their wings, and though we've suffered a great loss here, I know all of heaven sings.
God bless you Andrea, and your family and friends. Thank you God, for allowing us the opportunity to know Andrea.
Love and Warmth to All,
Tammy
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I went to Thomas Dale with Andrea and I will always treasure the memories that I still have of her.
May these simple words comfort you in your time of sorrow.
'You can shed tears that she has gone
- or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray she'll come back
- or you can open them and see all she's left behind.
Your 'here and now' can be empty because you can't see her.
- or you can be full of the joy and love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live in the past
- or you can be happy for tomorrow because of all your yesterdays.
You can remember only that she has gone
- or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind
- or you can do what she would want you to -
'smile and open your eyes, love & go on'
I will keep all of you in my prayers at this most difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear that Andrea passed away on Sunday but I know in my heart that she suffers no more and that she was such a beautiful person,I know she is in a much better place.I will cherish the time that we got to spend together at the reunion and the time I spent with her on my last visit. The pictures we took of her are now a priceless reminder to me of how great a person she was and I am very proud to have called her my Friend. To Jimmy,Kay,Frank,Melissa and Jennifer,I know you have suffered a great lose but know that our Andrea is now in Heaven, suffering no more pain and eating Key Lime Ice Cream in her Manison in the sky. Thanks so much for the time you allowed me to spend with her and for all the phone calls. Talking to her last Wednesday made my day and I will miss her very much but really feel safe knowing that we all have an ANGEL IN HEAVEN looking over us now.
If you need anything please do not hesitate to call me.
My Deepest Regards and In Christian Love,
Angie
