DEAR STEVE, JESSICA, AND FAMILY,
I WANTED TO WRITE AND TELL YOU HOW SORRY I WAS TO HEAR THAT BEULAH HAS PASSED AWAY. IT HAS BEEN A JOY TO GET TO KNOW HER OVER THESE PAST FEW YEARS. MY FRIEND, LOUISE ROBERTS, AND I WORK WITH THE HOMEBOUND MINISTRY AT BON AIR BAPTIST CHURCH. BEULAH BECAME ONE OF OUR SPECIAL FRIENDS. I SAT NEAR HER IN CHURCH, WE VISITED YOUR FATHER WITH HER AT LUCY CORR, HAD NICE VISITS WITH HER IN HER HOME AND DELIGHTFUL CONVERSATIONS ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS SO PROUD OF HER FAMILY AND LOVED TO TELL US ABOUT JESSICA. SHE WAS VERY SAD ABOUT LOSING HER HUSBAND AND I KNOW THAT THEY ARE TOGETHER NOW. BEULAH WAS A VERY SWEET, GENTLE LADY AND I AM SO HAPPY THAT I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH HER. I AM SORRY THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET YOU THIS WEEKEND AT THE VISITATION, BUT I DID WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I WILL HAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN MY PRAYERS. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL WITH HIS PEACE AND COMFORT DURING THIS TIME OF SORROW.

IN HIS SPIRIT,
MARLENE MATHERS
