Stephen Graham White 73 of Petersburg died Sunday, October 9, 2005. He was a native of Petersburg and son of the late William Earle White, Sr. and Marian White. He was a graduate of the University of Richmond and T.C. Williams School of Law. He was a practicing attorney in the city of Petersburg. He is survived by his wife, Sue Mallory White; brother, William Earle White, Jr. and wife, Elma of Smithfield; sister, Deena Distanislao of Petersburg; children, E. Brooke White and husband, Steve Brooking of Richmond, Stephen Graham White, Jr. and wife, Debbie of Midlothian, William Thomas White and wife, Janet of Charleston, IL; stepchildren, Lonnie D. Wyatt, Jr., of Richmond, Janie Wyatt Jacobs and husband, Al of Powhatan; five grandchildren, Spencer, Stephen III, Sam, Grace, Mallory and Charlie; devoted canine friend, “Lizzy”. Memorial Service will be conducted 2 pm Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at the Mausoleum in Southlawn Memorial Park with an inurnment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Petersburg/Colonial Heights SPCA, 201 Temple Ave., Colonial Heights, VA 23834. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Steve. I so enjoyed my time working at the law office with all of you. Steve was always so nice and made me feel so welcome there when I first started, I will always treasure the time I got to work there. Sue, you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

We will always remember the Christmas Dinner's we shared with you and Steve, Bob & Barbara Smith, and of course the Colony Realty Family at the Country Club.
