Hamlet, Philip D.

Philip Daniel Hamlet, 49, of Midlothian, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2005. Born in Richmond, he was the son of M. Evelyn Hamlet and the late Clyde Daniel Hamlet. He was a U. S. Army veteran and an employee of the Virginia Department of ABC. In addition to his mother, Mr. Hamlet is survived by his wife Cynthia Hamlet; his son, Emory Daniel Hamlet; his daughter, Jennifer Sharon Lea Hamlet; sister, Patricia Hamlet Burgess of Chester; brother, Michael A. Hamlet and wife, Therese of Chesterfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 1, at the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 PM tonight at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1132 Fairfax, VA 22038-1132. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

Cynthia,Daniel,and Jennifer,
Please accept our sincere sympathy for your great loss of Phillip ,your dear husband and father.We know these are very trying times for you all. You and your family are in our prayers at the sudden loss of Phillip. We dont know you very well . We met at my sisters house , Joan Ford.
