Kinton, James W.

James William Kinton, Jr., 57, of Chester, died from a brief battle with cancer, on Tuesday, September 27, 2005. He was the son of the late Cassie K. Rutland and James W. Kinton, Sr. Mr. Kinton was the owner of Bermuda Inn for twenty-six years. He is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Ruth Fields Kinton; two daughters Angela Nicole Forsman of Chester, Va. and Amy Beth Cowardin of Rockville,Va., one son James William Kinton III of Hopewell, Va.; six grandchildren, three sisters and one brother. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday September 29, 2005 at the J.T. Morriss & Son Chesterfield Chapel, 3050 West Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia. A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2005. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

I was shocked to hear that Jr. had passed away this past monday. I went to the Inn to do as usual and purchase our usual HOT DOGS etc. We
have known you and Junior for about 25 years at
least and mourn his loss with you and the family.
Please have someone email me your phone No. so I
can talk to you in person. Jr. was always a kind
gentle and always interested in what I was up to. I will surely miss him . Best regards and my

Ruth,

I want you to know that you and your family are in my prayers. JR's smile and laugh will be missed by all of us who knew him. Ruth, although he is physically missing from your life, he is always with you in your heart and spirit.

Ruth,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.
JR was a good friend and I am so very glad I was able to see him recently. He will be missed greatly.
I am sorry but am not up to attending the funeral service. Please let me know if we can do anything to help you.
