God blessed Grandma with a long, full life surrounded by family. She so enjoyed the visits and phone calls from all those that she cared about. Although, we all miss her terribly, we know she is in a better place. Our 6 year old son put it best. While standing in the back yard at the farm,my husband,John told Johnny "Grandma went to heaven". Johnny looked up in the sky and pointed up at an angle, "Did she go that way or straight up?" I told him,"Honey, I'm sure Grandma went straight up."

I will always remember her cheerfullness during my many visits thru the years... I loved to sit and talk with her about the old times, her family and mine.... I will miss her..
My prayers are with her and the family...

Although I have never met Mrs. Allin, I have had the pleasure of working closely with her daughter Nellie Kathleen for the last six years. There is no greater testimonial of a mother's job well done than the goodness of her own children. I could not ask for a better colleague and friend, and for that I am eternally grateful to Bessie Marie Allin. My prayers are with you during this special time of loss. May God comfort you with the same gentle, outstretched arms that greeted your mother. Warmest regards, Ann

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time. I will always remember the homemakers meetings and the wonderful food she had available. Ms Allin always had a smile and warm thought for everyone.
