Hyman Marks, 83, of Hopewell, died Sunday, September 11, 2005. He was a native of Hopewell. Mr. Marks served proudly with the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. and was the retired owner of Keith Allen Clothing Store. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe C. and Hallie Bowles Marks, his wife, Virginia Burnley “Dootsy” Marks and his brother, Allen Ross Marks. Surviving is his son, William Keith Marks of Austin, TX, two grandchildren Virginia Kay Marks and Mary Elizabeth Marks of Austin TX, a sister, Mary Alice Marks of Hopewell, a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Marks Ohio , a nephew, Joe Marks, of Arkansas, a cousin, Pat Baird and husband, Horace of Colonial Heights, and his caregivers David McLauchlin and wife, Nada of Hopewell.
