Motley, Katherine L. S.

Katherine Lillian Schulze Motley, 88, of Petersburg died September 9, 2005 in Southside Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Motley was born in Petersburg, the daughter of the late Harry Schulze and Helen Hargrave Schulze. She was a charter member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church and a Practical Nurse prior to her retirement. Preceded in death by her husband Kedrick K. Motley, she is survived by; 3 sons, Konrad Motley, Wayne Motley, Gary Motley and wife Donna; 2 daughters, Lois Duda, Nancy Rugani; 7 grandchildren, Kim Williams, Andrea Harvell, Nicole Motley, Elliot Motley, Michelle Motley, Alex Duda and Carly Rugani, 5 great-grandchildren, a half brother, Norman Schulze and a half sister Gretchen Mulligan. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, September 14th in Southlawn Memorial Park with Dr. Glenn Plott officiating. Friends are invited to call at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service anytime on Tuesday, September 13th and at the daughter’s residence on Wednesday after the funeral service. Our thoughts and prayers to each of you - we have many wonderful memories of Katherine at Walnut Hill Baptist Church. Konrad our prayers are especially with you at this difficult time. Sorry we will be unable to attend the service on Wednesday but will be thinking about each of you.

I was so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I know it is a hard time for you and your family. On a happier note, it was good to see you at King's earlier this year.
