Condolences

I am not sure if it is the same tasso that I worked with in New York (MCAlpin Hotel). Iwas sent to this page when I googled his name . I didn't see tasso for 25 years. I was trying to reconnect. If it is the same please accept my sincere condolences.
In my book he was the ultimate gentleman.

Evelyn, please accept my heart-felt sympathy and best wishes for you and your family. I have been recovering at home from an operation that necessitated an eight-day hospitalization. I was not aware that Tasso had encountered any new problems until my secretary, Georgia, called Robyn on Friday to check on something for me. I was stunned when Georgia called me back. The first thing she did was to ask if I were sitting down.

I wanted to come to the service today, but I just couldn't make it. I'm so sorry. I liked and respected Tasso and will miss him considerably, even if we generally only talked when there was a difficulty a some sort!

With kind regards,
Jim Andrews

It is with great sadness that we must bid farewell to our good friend and fellow Philadelphia Eagles fan. We are truly heavy hearted and taken quite by surpise. We had no idea that his condition was so advanced.

We have many, many fond memories of Tasso and his unique expressions. His friendship was always sincere and supportive.Football Sunday's will never be the same. Go Eagles! God Speed Our Friend.

Evelyn & Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you during such sorrowful times.

May you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Mr. Leon will be missed by the "folks at the bar".
