Condolences

Dear Dee, Patsy, Wayne, and families,
Our deepest sympthies go to you and yours. Odell
will be long remembered for all her kindness and
service to Crawford Church. I will never forget that she always had chewing gum for the children each Sunday after church services. It was "extra"
incentive to attend. Both Odell and John were
wonderful friends to Mom and Dad. She will be missed.

Patsy and family, I was so sorry to hear about the lost of your Mother. I am sorry that we couldn't be there in person with you. Please except our heart felt condolences.

I was sorry to read of the passing of Mrs. Carr. She was so nice to visit my mother and send her cards over the years, and my mother was very fond of her. Mrs. Carr was one of my mother's students. In recent years I have wondered where she was and how she was doing. I did not see the obituary until today (Sunday) because I was late reading the newspapers.

I regret being unable to attend the service, but am grateful for being able to visit with Nanny last summer before I left. She and Papa will be remembered and missed. I will always think of the bags of candy and rides on the tractor. Tell everyone hello and that I am sorry for missing seeing them.
