Kim, Jin S.Thursday, July 21, 2005
Jin Sook Kim, 69, of Chester died Thursday, July 21, 2005. She was born in Osaka, Japan and was the daughter of the late Pal Yong Kang and Yu Jun Lee. She was owner and operator of Wythe Food Market, Petersburg and was a member of Richmond Korean Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Chang Soon Kim; daughter, Jenny E. Oh and husband, Joshua H. Oh; two sons, Brian HaYoon Kim and wife, Katie Kim and Steve H. Kim; and four grandchildren, David Oh, Paul Oh, Emily Kim and Joshua Kim. A service was held Friday, July 22, 2005 at 9 p.m. and Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 9 a.m. in the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Pastor Byung Hak Yoo of Richmond Korean Baptist Church officiated. Burial will be Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 3 p.m. in Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, VA.
