I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Howard. We worked together in the Purchasing & Stores Divison of the Va. Dept. of Education for over ten years. I wish his family the best in this trying time.

I was so very sad to learn about your loss. Howard was always so very good to me during the time he was at the VADOE. I could always count on him to take care of me, even in some very stressful situations. He was a good man and he will be missed.

Sandra,

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your sweetie. I know you and Howard had a great life together and for that you can be very grateful.
Not everyone gets to have 40+ years with the love of their life.

I will be praying for strength for you in the coming days.
