Condolences

My sincerest sympathy is extended to the boys & their families. I can remember as a young child visting the homeplace with my parents (James Crowder is my dad). "Miss Sadie" was a wonderful lady. I still attend Ephiphany (formerly Ettrick) Baptist Church with my husband & children and there hasn't been a Sunday gone by that she wasn't on our prayer list and mentioned in prayer during the service. She was a very well loved lady & highly thought of for her caring and kind ways. I am sorry I was unable to make it to the funeral home or the service. I know however that as much as she will be missed, she is in a much better place. My dad is interested in being able to contact at least 1 of the sons.

If you email me I'll forward information to him. God bless all of you & keep you in His loving care.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I would really like to get in touch with you boys. I too have very fond memories of the old home place and the times we shared growing up. You can email me back with contact information if you don't mind. My sympathy to all of you & your families.

She was like a Mom to me. I won't forget the years working the farm.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your sweet mother. I remember my Aunt Sadie's kindness and strength. I have a fond memory of visiting the farm with my sister on Hickory Road and riding the ponies with Steve and Walter when I was very young (Ralph was grown and gone by then I think).

I wish I could have seen all of you, but didn't learn about Aunt Sadie's passing till this morning.

I hope you are all otherwise well, but I know how sad it is to lose your mother. My mother, Hamilton's first wife Margaret, passed away in '95.

Fondly,

Your cousin Bill

Dearest Ralph and Vickie. We're very sorry that we couldn't be there with you in this time of great sorrow. Your beloved Mom led a long and happy life here on earth and has now passed on to a far greater life, in a place far grander than anything we can comprehend! The Lord is her Savior and she will be at his side in eternal happiness. We love you and hope to see you in the very near future.
Best Wishes,
Your old friends,
Bob & Pat
