Bettie Catherine Wray , widow of Forest Wray, died Tuesday, May 24, 2005. She is survived by two daughters, Vicki K. Boman (Mike), Robin B. Halderman; step-daughter, Wanda Hart; grandchildren, Craig S. Elder, Jr. (Rebecca), Karen R. Jarrelle (Robert), Sgt. James A. Elder, Raymond W. Bullock, Forest A. Brackett, Jodie Forman, Melissa Green (Mike), Clinton Pate; sisters, Faye, Linda and Freda; brothers, Ray and Bobby; great grandchildren, Jay, Heather, Madeline, Hayden, Parker and Astrid. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 11:00 am in the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, May 27th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

Our Prayers and Thoughts are with Vicki,Robin and
Wanda during this sad loss of our Dear Bettie.
Faye would want to be there if she knew and
was able to do so. I know you all understand how
much she loved her big sister.

I have spent many a summer evening, drinking
coffee on Mammie's front porch or sitting on
Freda's back porch with my aunt Bettie.

Bettie is loved both in Kentucky and Virginia.
