dear friends. What sadness I felt when I learned of Leonas passing. I told Lee last night I hope she knew how great her influence on me was. She did not know of my success as a shop owner. There were so many things she taught this very molable person into a successful hairdresser. Through the years I have checked on you folks. I did enjoy the company of Jerry so much before his passsing. My motherinlaw was his neighbor. WE often carried him food to get him to eat and we always spokeofKatherine. He was always so concerned for Leona. Kenneth you and Leona took this very shy uncertained Lujean on and I am very grateful for all your kindneses. I shall always have the fondess memories of Hamilton Ave and your family. Please take care of one another and know that I care deeply. I will not be able to attend services as my brother John is having oral surgery at 10:30 in Chester. He has complications of diabeaties and I shall stay 3 days. Love to all. Lujean Porter Johnson
