Arthur K. Deal, Jr. 83, of Colonial Heights, widower of Ann Felts Deal died Friday, April 8, 2005. He was born the son of the late Arthur K and Myra Kidd Deal. He was also predeceased by his brother Delrin Lee Deal. Mr. Deal was a veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II, and also served on the Colonial Heights School Board. He is survived by his daughter Kathy Ann King of Colonial Heights; a sister Helene Deal Marshall of Albany NY; two grandsons Marc L. Spainhour, and Jake M. King both of Colonial Heights; sister-in-law Frances Deal of Matoaca; one niece and three nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 12 in Southlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
