Blevins, Anderson J.

Anderson J. Blevins, 69, of Hopewell died Monday, March 28, 2005 in John Randolph Medical Center. He was born in Narrows, VA and was the son of the late Lemule M. and Dorothy Stables Blevins. He was a U. S. Army veteran of Korea and an employee of Park 500, USA. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Narrows, VA, DuPont Lodge # 289 and the Moose Lodge # 1472. He is survived by his wife, Betty Hammond Blevins; two brothers and their wives, Leroy D. and Donita H. Blevins of St. Augustine, FL and Gregory S. and Nancy M. Blevins of Chester. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Bermuda Memorial Park.
