Flatt, Ronald W.Thursday, March 03, 2005
Ronald Wayne Flatt, 57, of Bristow, Virginia, died Thursday, March 3, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Flatt was born in New Burnswick, NJ. Mr. Flatt served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign War Post 2653 in Berlin, NJ. and a Shift supervisor at Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Flatt was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnne Albeck Flatt and his father Raymond W. Flatt. Surviving are his daughter, Theresa Flatt White and husband Brian of Chester, Va. his mother, Dorothy Beebe Flatt of Varina and several cousins. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 7, at 10AM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11AM in the funeral home chapel, with Bob Lane, officiating. Interment will be in the Appomattox Cemetery. My deepest sympathy to Ron's family. I've had the pleasure to work with Ron on many occassions. He was always a gentleman and could always be relied upon to help. He will be missed by many.
