Catherine Babel Liszka, 80, widow of SFC George Liszka, of Petersburg died at her home on Wednesday, March 2, 2005. She was born in Smithfield, NY and was the daughter of the late Charles and Minnie Green Babel. She received a business degree from Rochester Business College, Rochester, NY. She retired as office manager from G. M. Clements Company after 30+ years of service. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Heretick and Kathleen Resnick; five grandchildren, Todd Resnick, Christine Resnick, Adam Resnick, Jennifer Dudley and Kimberly Heretick; and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Blandford Cemetery with Father Bob Spencer of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating.
