Ping, Jiu

Jiu “Juliet” Ping Zhou, age 74, a native of Shanghai, China and a Petersburg resident passed away Sunday, January 23, 2005 in Petersburg, VA. She is survived by her husband, Pei De “Victor” Zhou of 54 years; a son, Peter Chow (Zhou) of Chesterfield, VA and two daughters, Mabel Chow Wei of Long Island, NY and Susan Chow Chen of Millington, NJ; one elder sister, Nai “Annie” Ping Zhu of Shanghai, China; two grandsons, John Oliver Wei, Jr. and Zachary Chen; one granddaughter, Annika Chen; a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, Wythe & Adams Streets, Petersburg, VA where the family will receive friends on Friday, January 28, 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m. and where funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, VA.
