Martha Ellen Vaughan, 39, of Raleigh, N.C., and formerly of Petersburg passed away Wednesday December 1, 2004 at Fayetteville, N.C. following a automobile accident. She was the daughter of the late, Betty Copeland Vaughan of Petersburg and the late, Richard L. “Dick”Vaughan .Ms. Vaughan was a graduate of Meredith College where she recived her B.A. and he Masters of Buisness Education. In addition to her Mother she is survived by her Uncle, John Copeland of Chesterfield, aunt Martha Gates of Williamsburg, her fiance, Pifton Faircloth of Autreyville, N.C., and a number of cousins. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday December 4, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Friday from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
