William Robinson Tuggle, 51, departed this life on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 after a brief illness. He was the son of Margaret Chatham Tuggle and the late Aubrey Gray Tuggle. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister; Margaret Tuggle Miller and two brothers; Cass Chatham Tuggle and Aubrey Gray Tuggle, Jr. Funeral arrangements are being made by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Homes. Private services will be held in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com. |
