Ashby Bryan Houchins, Jr., 74, of Chesterfield, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2004. He was a retired real estate agent. He is survived by his wife, Marie Krall Houchins, two sons, Mark Wayne Houchins, Fairfax, Virginia and Randy Bartley, Richmond Virginia; and one sister, Jane Elizabeth Houchins, Manakin Sabot, Virginia. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at 3:00 PM at Chester United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the J.T. Morriss & Son Chesterfield Chapel.
