Harrison, Catherine R.

Catherine Rowe Harrison of Petersburg died Thursday, March 18, 2004. She was the daughter of the late Harry Benjamin and Josephine Funk Rowe. Mrs. Harrison retired as a budget analyst from Civil Service, Fort Lee. She is survived by her husband, Vernon L. Harrison of 53 years; son and daughter-in-law, Vernon L. Harrison, Jr. and Mona Lisa Nunez of Boca Raton, Fl.; niece, Page B. Stirrup; nephew, John Robert Blaha, Jr. both of Colonial Heights and numerous great nieces and nephews. Mass of Resurrection will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, March 22, 2004 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Cemetery. A Christian wake will be said at 7 pm Sunday with visitation to follow until 8:30 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington St., Petersburg, VA 23803. The J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, Petersburg is in charge of arrangements.
