William Woods Stillwagon, 79, of Chesterfield, died Friday, July 9, 2004, Johnston Willis Hospital. He was the widower of Jeanne C. Stillwagon. He is survived by two stepsons; Ray G. Ellinger, Jr. and William T. Ellinger of Chesterfield, Va.; grandson, Logan C. Ellinger, Chesterfield, and a special friend, Josephine Russ of Louisa, Va. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 13, at 11:00 am in the Chesterfield Chapel of the J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday night from 7-8:30 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetic Association, P.O.
